Tai Chi for Strength and Balance
Please join us for a fun workout at Menotomy Rocks Park at the Jason Street Field sponsored by the Friends of Menotomy Rocks Park through the auspices of the Arlington Recreation Department. Classes will be taught by DORRI LI and will be held on:

When it comes to reducing the physical and mental tensions that we encounter in our daily lives, slow is the new fast! Tai chi is meditation in motion. It is the practice of moving calmly with awareness and ease. Classwork will be based on Yang Style Tai Chi Eight Movement Form, an easy-to-learn, introductory set of tai chi hand techniques, stances and footwork.
Instructor Dorri Li is a martial artist and fitness professional based in the Boston area. With over 30 years of experience, Dorri has devoted her practice to helping students of all ages feel more focused, calm and strong.
